94/95 production number from Art Wong

In the registry's database with 94 and 95 production breakdown. It shows the actual build date down to the day not just month/year of production, does anyone know what this day is...is it completion date, deli very date, ship date etc? and where did Art come up with this date from? Reason being, the date on my 95 by coincident , is my ACTUAL birthdate (except for year), I think that is very cool!
