Twin cam? Well he has so many nice cars im sure its hard to keep em straight lol
I certainly have heard DOHC engine referred to as Quad cam engines as well.
These 6 Generations of GM SBC are all OHV(Over Head Valve)
GM OHV pushrod V8 engines
GEN 1 SBC L98
GEN 1-E (E-Enhanced) L31/30 (96-2002 truck/van only-highest flowing production SBC heads lmown as "Vortec" heads came with Centralport Sequential Fuel Injection or CSFI)
GEN 2 SBC L/T1/T4/99 (92-97)
GEN 3 SBC LS1/4/6 (97-2005 cars-99-2007 GMT-800 trucks
GEN 4 SBC L/S3/S7/S9/99 2006-current(GEN 4 LS7 still available in Z28)
GEN 5 SBC LT1/4 6.2L cars-2014-current
L86 6.2L, L83-5.3L trucks 2014-current
Overhead Cam designs
Single Over Head Cam=SOHC (IIRC GM never did a SOHC V8 production, Ford had their 4.6/5.4 modular engines available in both SOHC and DOHC flavours
A very good example of a SOHC engine would be the Ford SOHC "cammer". Wild cam drive for sure.

Dual Over Head Cam=DOHC AKA twin cam design-
Chevrolet LT5-375-405hp all aluminum
Northstar-L37 300hp all aluminum

HOG I thought this was the cam drive on the stock Ford modular 4.6
