Clint,
We have been going thru some medical issues of our own. I think I know how "heart wrenching" a decision this must be for you. My ZR is one thing that has helped maintain my sanity thru all of this.
Godspeed.

This ZR-1 is just too nice to be collecting dust and not being driven. I hope it's priced fairly.

I purchased the car last February. Since then,I have installed the CCW/Nitto rolling stock,Vette Brakes adjustable front spring,Momo steering wheel w/NRG quick release, and WCC shift knob. Also purchased the B&B Fusion mufflers but haven't had the right opportunity to install them. The other mods were on the car when purchased. Aaron Scott @ South Georgia Corvette did a lot of the work.
Unfortunately,I've only been able to drive this car approximately 300 miles since purchase. However, the other two ZR-1's I previously owned are now owned by members of this site so I'm not a rookie owner. :)

Clint,
I haven't been on the forum much lately....my '55 T-bird's been getting far more love than the ZR-1 lately.
I'm really sorry about your health.
For anyone interested in his car, when my buddy went to pick up the wheels, he told me it was probably the cleanest one he's ever seen out in the wild and he's was raised on Corvettes.

Glad to hear from you,Chris. I haven't been on here lately as much as I want, unfortunately. Good to hear your move didn't derail your T-Bird project. Post some photos of it when you get the chance. It's a cool ride and I'm sure others would like to see it,too.
Getting old sucks! At least,I'll be able to retire this year if I can make it till then. :)

Yah I just emailed Fred to let him know I had a change of heart due to the mileage. I would like to drive the car I buy 2-3k a year and I just feel doing that to the 95 will hurt the value too much as Fred told me I should try to keep it under a 1k a year. Wasn't an easy decision to pass on a 95 double Dunn by any means.

Yeah and it's killing me,Jeff. John Nelson is selling his Black 91 Callaway ZR-1 now but with retirement looming at the end of the year,it's just not in the cards for me. Maybe the Corvette gods will allow me another car in the future, though.
It's sure been a pleasure being back among the ZR-1 Brotherhood these last eighteen months or so. Lots of great people here, for sure.

I appreciate it,Ed. Letting this car is going to be especially hard for me. When I sold my other two ZR-1's,I always knew there was a chance for another one.
I'll try to stick around for awhile, though. Still have quite a bit of ZR-1 paraphernalia, memorabilia, and parts that might need a new home.
