Air Pump Filter/Silencer

Been looking for the foam slip on cover that goes over the air pump intake the one down on the left side by the air filter, GM calls it a silencer. I have only had one car that still had it and it rotted and fell apart after a few years. I also do not know if it was only on the early cars.

Can anyone enlighten me or know where to find a replacement?

There was somebody reproducing these but now I cant think of who it was.I got a black infant sock to use instead of the foam part...................not Black infant but the sock..........er........you know waht I mean.........

Thanks Jeff, great idea as the foam never lasts long, now off to find were the wife keeps the grand-baby's socks!
