My 1991 project car did not have a coolant tube....Corvettes White was nice enough to send me a damaged one.....

Drove a 24mm socket through it several times....then a light coat of high temp epoxy filler, primer

This is my favorite epoxy, easy to work with and if you work it with wet fingers forms with a smooth surface. Seems to adhere well and resists higher temps, shrinking etc.

After sanding the material left no transition between itself and the metal
