This is the high pressure hose similar to my 90

After searching through a few things, the hose on the right is what was on the car...the PS failure was apparently due to hose rub

I believe the hose that was on the car is a 93-95 hose as is the low pressure hose to the cooler. The hose on the car goes under the sway bar where the 90 goes over.

Now I need to know the orientation of the upper hose.....on the 90 the low pressure hose is on the bottom and the high loops over the top.
Anyone know if this is correct?

I looped the hose to the back as I couldn't see if looping to the front with the pulleys

'90 and '91 PS pressure hose is the same. There's a different part number for '92+ cars.
The return side is the same all model years.
In this buyers guide a 71777 is '92+ part and 71778 is the '90 & '91 part:

The cooler is different, '90 & '91 is the same but '92+ is another. The pressure to the cooler would be different on a portion of it and would be part of the cooler I believe. There's a return pipe that is the same all years but no image. The cooler to the reservoir is bulk hose I believe on all years and finally there's a molded hose from the reservoir to the pump. Here's the best image I can supply:
