Help me name this part? I think # 3 the map sensor? The vacuum line under it has a large hole where can I get a replacement? See attached

Any idea where I can get a vacuum line that is underneath it, mine is cracked. didn't see it on Jerry's Gaskets

Local part store has the all the parts.
The hard line come in a roll you can cut heat
Bend to shape.
Try HELP section.
