HI,

I spoke with Aaron today Aug. 6, 2014 and there will be no ZR-1 gathering at his shop the weekend before thanksgiving . Last year was the final ZR-1 gathering. The number of cars attending has been dropping with each passing
year.
Don't let this stop you from dropping by at anytime to talk about upgrades
for your ZR-1 or other hi-performance car.

Thanks, Aaron and Nicolette, for the wonderful times over the last 15-17 years?

Sure hate to hear that bit of news,John. I had a great time at their events.
Aaron and his wife were always very gracious hosts.

Sure going to miss this but I guess nothing last forever. I did have a small meet back in June, mostly close friends but may make this an annual event for C4 guys down south.
It has officially been dubbed Bama-Q. Next gathering will be next October 2015, hopefully bigger and faster. I'll pick up the torch from Aaron and continue the tradition if everyone is willing.

Hmmm,October 2015? That's only three months from my retirement.
We're definitely interested. Anything I can do to help?

Hope you can make it,Kevin.

Hey to all that would attend, I will post the date for next year after the 2015 Gathering at BG. I don't know exactly what date because it is a year away.

October is the best month to do it in, its cooler and the weather is generally really nice. June was a blast, no stress just great Tex-Mex Bar B Q in Alabama.
