FIC stainless injectors - primary vs secondary

OK so I've started the reassembly process and find the secondary injectors don't "snap" into place like the primaries do. I lubed the lower o-ring made concentric circles to get them in place trying not to distort the lower blue o-ring. Problem is they don't feel seated, they just sort of wobble around in there - like the o-ring hasn't reached the bottom lip on the IH.

Normal?

Well I guess that's just how it is - lower/small o-ring doesn't "seat", nothing to see here!
