Wires to drivers footwell light 1990 ZR1

I know how this is going to sound.... But I took off the cover under the steering column and for the life of me cannot find the wire that plugs back into the footwell light. I have been upside down with my arms all the way up in the dash thinking I tucked it up somewhere...

Ya I know... First thing when your taking it apart!! PAY ATTENTION!!

I don't believe so. look for orange & white.

Without a doubt the connector you are looking for is connected to a orange and white wire. Been in that area many many times
