Plug suggestions?

My life's been lacking in grief lately so I thought Id replace the plugs this weekend,any suggestions?The cars got a set of MSD coils,Thanks.

Probably going to kick the Hornets nest but I put E3 plugs in. Have a couple hundred miles on them. They smoothed out the idle on my work truck so I figured why not try them in the Z. So far, so good.
