Trying to get a group of ZRs to participate in a private tour of the Mercury Marine manufacturing facility and MMRacing Museum in Fond du Lac, WI.
Would really like to have 10+ cars participate. Here's the email from
Mercury Marine looking to schedule a day for ZR-1 Registry members for a tour

"We're open anytime in August. The manufacturing floor will still be on summer hours which means production goes until 4 pm Mon-Thurs and 10:30 a.m. Friday. If we planned this correctly - we could get the plant involved and have a mini car show with a BBQ lunch deal tied in with the tour. The museum visit could be prior or after the plant tour. I still haven't made the trek to the museum myself. I'll get to that soon and get you the VIN.

This will be a weekday event. I think we can get 5-6 cars just from the FBI group. Anybody else in Indiana, WI, MN or MI interested? All are welcome btw.

Which week would it be in August? It's possible that I could come from Minneapolis.

Right now, its up to us to decide which week would work. The week where we can get the most ZRs together for a run up to Fond du Lac. Anyone else?

Brett,

Amy might let you drive the red '90. What would be a good week(s) for you?

The 95 is a 9500 mile paper weight. I never intend on hitting 10,000 miles with that car. The conv will be my next driver.

Brett, Drive the Prototype.

Dom, The Weekend After Carlisle would be good for me. I have Flint Back to the Bricks the week before Carlisle. If you do the week after Carlisle, You can count me in for two cars possible three.

I live 40 miles from Mercury Marine and I'd love to go. The third week in August works well for me (18 - 22). We're going to BG with the caravan the 4th week.
