Does anyone out there know when the May gathering 2015 (25 Anniversary for Z's) is scheduled. I am driving from Washington State, putting together my calendar and time off? Thanks!

Jim

Dates are May 13 thru 17, 2015 Wednesday thru Sunday

You might want to consider the tail of the dragon that will be
going on the Sunday previous. Robert and George did an
outstanding job coordinating this drive. Not to be missed!!

Many details are forthcoming on this!!!

Sherry and I will be attending next year,Mickey. I'm sure there will be some from Texas convoying together to BG.

2015 will be the 25th anniversary of the ZR-1,right?

I've heard rumors of an anniversary event at Lingenfelter's next year. Nothing firm yet, but it's on my bucket list.

Glen,

Very true, they have offered us a special day for us and we are trying to coordinate a date.

Will try to make it a weekend event with some drag racing / car show as well.

Can't wait for 2015!!!

thanks for the confirmation ... I had a major conflict on the "wrong" week ... now I no longer have to worry about being in 2 places at the same time

The Mountain Run will now be in its third running. We started out the 1st year with 7 cars and 9 passengers, Last year we would have had 14 cars and 20 passengers except a few of the cars had to drop out.
If you want to have the most fun possible in a ZR-1 (At our ages)the mountain run is definitely for you.

I am confused. 13 -17 is the week following Mother's Day?

Mother's Day is the 2nd Sunday of May ... in 2015, that will be May 10.

The Mountain Run will begin Monday morning, May 11 and end on Wednesday afternoon in Bowling Green. Everyone making the Mtn Run arrives at the starting point on Sunday afternoon/evening.

The Gathering usually starts with pizza Wed. night at the UPlaza and ends with everyone departing after breakfast on Sunday.

Maybe we can get a group together from Houston.

Sounds good,Mickey. The South Texas ZRoners used to meet up with the North Texas group just outside Greenville,on I-35,and then we would convoy together to BG. No reason we can't do that again,if people want to.

I'm good with that. I know 2 more from here that might go.
