Let's hear the scope on the 69?

According to the VIN it is a 1969, but the 70 fenders and waffle fenders are a conversation starter - especially among true C3 aficionados. The title says 1969 - that's our story and we're stickin' toit!

Asside from the fenders, it has an L46 (350/350), 4.11 rear, Craiger mags, M21 4-speed trans, rebuilt motor, high-rise manifold and air cleaner (hence the need for the BBC hood).

It was "rode hard and put away wet" when we got it. And it is still a work in progress - limited mostly to minor creature feature stuff.

Paul.

Cool sounds like an awesome story. 69 would be IMHO the crown jewel as that's the year the fenders were flared a bit more to cut down on rock chipping from the tar's.

Nice car care to part with it?

Classic Ride!!!!! Two Thumbs Up from here!

I know I view my C3's as extremely primitive compared to C4's......but neat as Hell!

Now I "AXE" ya: Is it GREEN or more like BLUE?

Turquoise has green in it, sure. But, it has just as much BLUE in it too!

You guys aren't squinting enough and holding your tongues just right.[-X If you were true patriots, you'd see it as blue!;)

Nah... In THIS country, we read from left to right. If you read right to left, you must be from Japan or some such place. NOT the USA!:p

You have to look at them through your rear view mirror. LOL

Trying to keep up with you on that mountain run caused me to have surgery on my left shoulder, could only use my right arm.it was too hard to change them around.

Nelson

By the way Amy's Z does look's blue to me.
