That is a fact. All the bones have been picked clean by investors and a few want to be home buyers willing to write 20 to 50 offers just to get into anything they can.

What part of town? Do you know? What cars ya got? Just about any go good here. Off-roading is great; nice roads outside of town for the vette; and of course the Rolls for doing the strip!!

I drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee; the vette; a Harley and a Nissan for DD stuff.

We will hopefully be in a house next weekend. I went to cars & coffee my first weekend here and there were two other ZR-1s.
