Are there any activities planned for Carlisle? Dinner? Trying to decide what day(s) to attend. Will be my first Carlisle gathering in 10+ years!

Typically we cookout each day for lunch, order pizza Friday night from one of the best pizza shops in town and go out to a steak house on Saturday
G Gordon Liddy says he is spending the weekend with us again this heat, Dave Mclelllan will be @ Carlisle and lots of great owners / cars!!! Hope we get a great showing like last year

David, what is our attendance usually?

David, what is our attendance usually?
We have (over 3 days) near 100 ZR-1's but at once about 60. Some
come for 1 day and don't register with the club.
Expect 150 +++ owners and at least 60 Z's per day
Can't wait!!!

Just finished registering for Carlisle! Was still able to book a room at the Wyndham. Anybody know if it's possible to pre-book time on the dyno there?

not that i'm aware of, but if you get there early you should be ok.
I'd like to see us leave the hotel as a group if possible, I'd also like to bring back the classic late night hotel parking lot bench racing and beer event

Gents,
If you are planning to attend Corvettes at Carlisle, we need you to pre-register at this time.
Carlisle Events allocates space for each club based upon pre-registrations. Last year, we had a large number of ZR-1 Net Registry members who did not pre-register before Carlisle's pre-registration date, and as a result we did not have ample parking space for all ZR-1s.... We crammed them into the space we had, while other clubs had ample space - enough for lounge chairs and tents for all attendees. This year, the pre-registration cutoff for Carlisle is July 21st, 2014.
Carlisle registration can be completed online at:
http://www.carlisleevents.com/carlisle-events/corvettes-at-carlisle/ (http://store.carlisleevents.com/SearchResults.asp?Cat=29)
Add '2014 Corvettes at Carlisle Fun Field' to your cart, and then be sure to select your 'Corvette Club' as the ZR-1 Net Registry.
Last year we had a fantastic time! If you've never been to Carlisle before, take a look at the 2013 photos and see for yourself! http://www.zr1.net/forum/showthread.php?t=21241 If you were there last year, I look forward to seeing you next month!
Regards,
Mark

Hello Mark,
I started pre-registering for Carlisle, i'm at the final screen (4) to give credit card info. Where does it give me a place to put in my club affiliate ?
Will wait to here from you before i register.
By the way don't you think someone should remind Lance that we were #1 last years and ran out of spaces before they have the final layout at Carlisle?
Thanks,
Nelson

Awsome weekend...the mrs and I had loads of fun.
And thanks to all of you who were so willing to help me out with the leaky clutch cylinders.
I always knew car guys were generally a good bunch but you all went above what I would have ever expected....lending tools, knowledge, a car! Offering up parts off your own rides just so we could make it back north of the border.
We did make it home in one piece. THANKS AGAIN
