Are these still manufactured/available in the USA or Europe, for the LT5? I wouldn't mind having a set in blue for our ZR-1.

They are still available but way overpriced. I purchased the mishimoto silicone hose kt and had a piece of sheet metal formed to reinforce the air duct between the throttle body and the air filter housing.

You can google and find more options. I found an air bridge awhile ago but can't find one now.

Clint,

I have a spare Samco air duct (black not blue) if you're interested. It's NIB and never been installed.

I just want to mention that Jerry (Jerry's Gaskets) has new black silicone hoses without any lettering on them. I think they are fairly priced. Jerry maybe even went to the work to find a vendor to make them for him/us.

Just want to make everyone aware of this.

Also, Marc Haibeck has air duct supports that he sells for the factory air duct to keep it from collapsing.

If you are trying to decorate you engine compartment in color, you will have to keep looking, but I wanted black without all the Samco lettering and these hoses, I believe are "the ticket".

Thanks for the info,Jeff. I really want the blue inlet & hoses for our car but my guess is the air inlet is going to be really hard to find in that color.

Is it still possible to buy new LT5 Samco air inlets? The coolant hoses are available in blue but I haven't found a matching air inlet, yet. I'll have to settle for everything in black, otherwise.

I can get a blur air inlet from them, for approximately $160,before shipping. Problem is they want $180 additional for that. $340 shipped to my door is a little much.
edit: If I ordered 10 of them, the cost per inlet would be $185,including shipping.

I took your suggestion,Karl, and found a place in AZ that sells Samco hose products. Am going to order a complete set in Blue for our 94.

Hold off a couple of weeks if you can, I am trying to get a wholesale account with a supply chain that carriers Samco Hoses.

Awesome Robert! I'm slowly acquiring a bunch of stuff for when I send mine to Marc's. Does anybody know if the hoses that are readily available on EBay, can't remember the name, are any better/worse than Samco? They look identical without the name, and come in all sorts of colors.

Mishimoto was the name
