I printed decals onto adhesive label paper, then sprayed clear poly to lock the ink.

For a nickel, and an hour, it was worth it.

What size and color are you looking for? I can have them done for about 20 bucks give or take depending on size.

Here is the original that I had been removed that I had redone on our Z:

The size needs to fit the air intake, like Marc Hailbeck uses except now he paints them on.

White wheels are cool.

I though of having my Red '87 wheels done White... Didn't '88 / 35th have White wheels?

Keeping brake dust down tho'............................................ http://www.zr1.net/forum/images/icons/icon5.gif

lol! no worries here, threads are fluid in my eyes a few off topic posts here and there are find as long as they don't distract from the topic at hand too much. We're all buddies hanging out here right? discussions tend to drift among friends. Enjoy your friends, don't worry about me :)

OT Here myself but @ Schrade:
I love a white wheel I have them on the Black 89 as track wheels, will be putting them on the Red 89 Challenge Car, and have them on the 91 Z. However I am probably going with Gold CCW LM20's on the Black car in the future. As far as brake dust on the track white wheels... The track pads YES, street not so bad at all.

@ Kevin:
Very well said sir. I'm with you it’s all good and this is supposed to be enjoyable and fun.

This is a bit larger than the one you are looking for, but here is a splash decal I had put on my '93's hood. Don't know if current owner QB93 still has it or whether he took it off. Also, in the early days of the ZR-1 Registry, we used to put rear/side ZR-1 emblems on the passenger side front bumper to identify ourselves as members. I even painted my emblems red so they would stand out more. Nostalgia! --Bob

Coolant pipe engraving and the engraved billet throttle plate sure looks purdy, too................

I like the air horn decal you make.....

No, I wish I did as they are sweet. Those were going around years ago and I believe they are copland units. If you ask around, maybe Gold Cylon, can point you in it's direction.

I'll see what I have left in Red. I have several in Metallic gray too.

Standby.....

Update: I have 4 RED ZR-1 decals for the airhorn
I have 5 Metallic Gray ZR-1 decals for the Airhorn and 5 LT5 decals for the water Horn.
$10 for decal, and includes shipping.

If you want your own you can always take a drawing or image of what you want to any vinyl graphics shop and have them make them for you in any size and color. That is all I did.
