Heater Core

Got the heater core replaced but now I have one part left over I am not sure where it goes.
Can any one help me out ?
Its a short black one inch tube with a angled cut on one end and about four inches long.
I hate it when this happens !

Its a condensate drain and fits into the bottom of the wind box.
