No Chuck, it hasn't been like that in NC. I believe that scene was shot right on Lakeshore Drive. ;)
We're heading down to -21F BEFORE the windchill by Monday thru Wednesday. So you, in North Carolina, have no idea how cold Rura Penthe can get.
