Forum bosses; ever considered a 'chatbox' on the boards?

Title asks it all here guys - have you ever considered integrating a 'chatbox' on the boards? Does vBulletin / Jelsoft 3.8.4 support it? Need an new version? Any extra load on the servers?

In 2009, we set up a chat room on our Forum. It did not get any use.

If there is sufficient interest, I will try to set it up again.
