Well, It is that time again. We are in the planning stages of the second annual mountain run. Last year a group of 7 ZR-1 attended the Mountain run in which we embarked on a three day journey driving through various mountain ranges before ending up in BG on Wednesday. If you really want to drive your car the way she was meant to be driven here is your chance. Our Journey will start on Sunday May 10th at a starting point near the first mountain range. the days are going to be broken up into two segments. Morning run followed by lunch than a dinner run. We are going to keep driving down around 6 to 7 hours a day.
Here are a couple of the mountain ranges that may be on the agenda.

OMG!! The Georgia piece is some of my old stomping grounds, back when I lived in Atlanta. That area is (was last time) some beautiful "Corvette" roads!

That looks like too much fun! I missed last year's shindig due to work. But, that restraint...may not apply.

Robert & Ron H: This would be something ALL C4 pilots would be interested in. No better way to KEEP THE LEGEND ALIVE than expose a bunch of regular C4 guys to a good time at the GATHERING. (more on that theme later)

Just read your notes and those in the latest "Heart of the Beast" newsletter about the Mountain Run in route to Bowling Green for the Gathering. My wife and I wish to participate as well as a friend and his wife (he drives a Gran Sport). I assume you will be posting more specific info and whatever other details and fees that are required. Thanks for your efforts.
And so it goes...
Jim
