1990 side moulding giggle

I will be painting my 1990 z. Does the side moulding just pull off? Is there new avaliable? Mine is loose in a couple spots.

Best I can remember 10mm nuts along the inside, the newer ones have nuts on the ends and snap clips down the center. Its been a long time since I removed any. You can look from the inside, on the doors remove the door panels to see before you try and pull them off. the front bumper cover will have to come off to remove it.
