Old Blue is done, should be on its way home as soon as the shipper picks it up.
Could not be happier with the results, 414.3 to the rear wheels 487.4hp to the FW with cats and DM flywheel. Per Marc's advice I have a Corsa system with no cats on the way Marc thinks I should pick up 20HP and 15TQ after I install it.:dancing
Going to be like a real X-Mas here........:-D

Kevin... ya keep whinnin and I may just steel into your garage in the middle of the night, port your top end and drop a chip in it, and then you can complain about tickets you got for doin 90 in a school zone and "exhibition driving"!!!:jawdrop:
Just kiddin ya, of course. But, all kidding asside, top end porting is truly within your capabilities, and wouldn't cost more than tooling and gaskets and a chip from Marc.

Awesome news Steve! I saw your car when I was there (hood was open, cover on the rest of the car), and your motor looked absolutely stunning.
Congrats!:handshak:

Thanks Guys, Marc's attention the detail is simply amazing, I would get e-mails from him at 1-2 am about little things he found that needed addressing. I know there are others that do the same work, but for me Marc was the right choice and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any ZR-1 owner who needs service or upgrade work done.
Now if I can just hold myself back waiting on Old Blue to get home.
Marc, If you read this Thanks again for putting up with all my crazy questions and taking the time to answer them along this journey.

Cool thanks, thats just a stone's throw from 500 at the crank. Regardless, thats gonna be one fun Zedder. (Zed Are-Won-us Canucks pronounce Zee's as Zed-so we call ZR-1's/Iroc's Zedders).
Have fun with that beast.

Once it gets home the Corsa goes on and cats come off (after i pass emissions) With that set up Marc says I should be just over 500hp FW.
