Thanks to [?] BearlyFlying there for some screws for the TB butterfly shaft.

Now - anyone know the original 'fixing' process of the screws, to prevent them from coming loose? Did they just pinch the threads on the back end? Or some threadlock compound? Or both?

For added insurance, I'd stake the bastards too. (I don't have a picture, but "staking" is to mushroom the ends to expand the end of the screw so it won't back out...ever.) Sorry I don't have a photo.
