I made a few sets of these a few years ago and a few people have shown some interest in buying a pair.I would have to buy a 4 by 8 foot sheet of aluminum, pay the water jet owner to cut the out, finish the piece and ship each set in a PVC tube for protection. The ZR-1 logo I had made years ago,I have a few sets left but none to sell to Id have to get these made as well.Id be looking at selling a set of these for between $40-$60 a set finished ready to put in your car.The friend that put me in touch with the water jet owner years ago estimated I could get between 15 to 20 sets out of the sheet of aluminum. If enough people want a set of these Ill see about getting it done. The ZR-1 logo colors at this point would be an option Id look into, once the logo maker has the program its just a matter of changing out the color of the film in the machine to the next color. These are brushed aluminum.Ill get the car outside in a day or 2 and get some better pictures.http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a136/FLYTYM/DSC00357_zps95b3b102.jpghttp://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a136/FLYTYM/DSC00359.jpg

If you are having them cut out with a water jet how about just cutting out the ZR-1?

More money plus the guy that will be doing this is doing it as a side job, dont want to take up too much of his time.Im having a hard time finding the brushed aluminum so this might not work out

These are cool! I'd definitely be interested in a set! David aka Fully Vetted was the other member who was discussing the ones that slip over the sill. I'd like a set of each in order to protect the sill the most.

I just talked to the water jet guy and hes going to look into some material.I cant find the brushed aluminum so Im looking at brushed stainless steel at 1/8 inch thick. These are the decals Im going to have made,I had these made years ago.Im open to options as far as colors but nothing fancy, basic body colors and maybe the full ZR-1 emblem in body color meaning it will look like the hood-bumper emblem if I can get the detail right and it looks good,if you get the piece too small you cant get multiple layers of the vinyl to pick up the detail.http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a136/FLYTYM/DSCN0081_zps2dd2248f.jpg
