Rebirth of #77!!!

Alright I have been asked by a few folks to upload some pics and explain the plan on #77 as well as what I have found:

I had the lift put in and started pulling her apart!.here are just a few pics on what I have done so far.

I got a tranny from Shrade and will put that in with a Ripper shifter in it this weekend.

1986-1988 emissions decal normally on prototype and pilot vehicles of the ZR1 type(The dealer who eventually got this car was told to remove it immediatly, so apparently he did)!.

stamped plenum, another indication of pilot car.

markings on the radiator shroud showing "2-220-89' and "81" "68" and "LO" "ZR1"

NO markings on the engine block or heads that I can find except on the heads read "2OH88A"

I was going to buy that car, just before I found the one that I ended up buying.

He had it listed last summer, little over 2 hours away. Then mine showed up listed, only 24 miles away, with 31k on it.

I blew that one. GRRR...
