What controls the IAC in the calibration? My much modified 90 will not idle down until you come to a complete stop. When I let off the gas and coast to a stoplight the idle is 1700 or so until I come to a complete stop. I tried the ISC counts vs MPH parameter but it made no difference. Is there another parameter I am missing?

Isn't this brought under control by Marc's chip?
What's the actual stepper count?

DOM would know what specific area in the PROM. Suggest a quick PM

Tyler,
Besides the IAC count v MPH, there are decay rate and delays in the calibration.
Also Constants and Tables for Throttle Follower. The LT-5 is an "unstable" motor meaning it reacts quickly to changes, which can be a good thing. However, it can react too quickly and we see the motor stalling or going into some kind of oscillation. Particularly true w modded motors. I use these parameters and others to tame these tendencies.
One that I recently have worked on is the idle SA. Lowered it. You may also want to look at what MPH you go to Closed Throttle SA. Increasing that helps also.
