if you live in TX and own a ZR-1 and cant do it yourself, you go here. Without a doubt Corey Henderson is the best LT5 specialist in TX.

I called the shop yesterday, Frank, and he was doing some dyno work on a customer car, Frank. I'll just email him as I know how busy he is.

If getting down to Corey isn't an option I have found a very good and honest Corvette shop that has worked on LT5's since they came out.

David Mullins (owner) has worked on my car several times over the last few months and I'm very impressed. Super clean shop. Very knowledgeable on the ZR-1. You should give him a call and tell him David Adams sent you.

Find out if Mullins wants more widespread advertising ... we can always use another good LT5 mechanic ...

Wow so today I go to Henderson's website and from what I can tell he is only doing tuning and manufacturing now. It's sad because I need someone to do some work on my car. I don't have time this year thanks to too much work travel. I guess I may need to contact Mullins too.

Well when I finally retire in a year or so, you can bring your LT-5 to my shop in Magnolia Texas. I'll be happy to help fellow ZR-1 owners!

Be careful. I love this car but I haven't had the time I need to work on it due to a crazy amount of travel for work. On the rare chance I am home, I can't leave the wife and kids to do my thing. I'm seriously looking for someone to take care of quite a few things for me.

If you have a to of things to be done, just make an appointment and ship it to Marc Haibeck (www.zr1specialist.com (http://www.zr1specialist.com)) 630-458-8427 outside of Chicago. He will make sure everything is taken care of and you can be assured he will stand behind his work and help you out anytime. --Bob

Corey is as busy as a one-armed paper hanger with the hives ... he doesn't have anyone supporting his website, hence it's pretty out of date. Call for an appointment ...

Don't overlook Mid Cities Classics in Hurst, TX. It's a 10 minute drive from D/FW airport and Jim has been working on all Corvettes for 35 years plus has had numerous articles written about his work. He services several ZR-1's in the Dallas area including mine.

I've been battling this for awhile in mn (I know. DRM is here but it's not exactly next door to me.) Debated on a few different dealerships, but finding someone who's dealt with an lt5 isn't easy. Last one I called told me..and I quote "it's no different than the stock one, except for the supercharger". This was after I specified twice it was a 94.
The search continues

And it wont take years to finish like other tuners do.
