Need helplocating the Park/Neutral Switch.

I took my console out and now in the process re-asembleing I can’t find the neutral switch loaction. The conector has 4 wires. A black-blue-blue/white and I think brown.
Thanks in advance,

Nelson 007

Yes its for a 95 ZR1. It might not be the neutral switch, but thats what it looked like in the AIM.
Thanks,

What issues are you having?
Usually a stock ZF 6 speed manual only has a clutch switch to start the car depress clutch and turn key to get her started.
If she don't start you can bypass the clutch switch, switch is under the dash panel behind the clutch pedel big fat purple wire i can't remember the other wire color just unplug and connect the 2 wires with a big paper clip and try starting if she don't start you need to look elsewhere i.e. starter, VATS etc,.

The car does start.

Is it possibly a switch for the reverse lights?--Bob

Don't know if this will help but I just happen to have the console apart on my 96 LT4 car, the are the only wires I have other than lid & seat are hatch & acc. I would think the only difference would be the power key on a ZR-1, Is it possible you have a wire routed to the console that should go to the foot well.

Nelson,

I think that is a connector for the power key.

There is a blue connector that plugs into the radio.

You were right Yun, it was the power connector. When i removed the upper dash which is connected to the frame behind the radio bezel, the wire fell down next to the cigarette lighter.
Will have all back together tomorrow if Murphy leaves me alone.
Thanks,
Nelson
