To the folks that have showed initial interest at the $800 plus shipping price, I will honor this price.

Future sales will be at a price of $995 plus shipping.

After making the first set of moldings, it is painfully obvious why 49th St discontinued making the parts. It's "very" labor intensive. At the initial sales price, it's just not cost effective for me to do them.

The first set belongs to Scott Collier. We'll get some pics of his Z once they are painted and installed.

Sets built to order. Two week turn-around time after Paypal received. PM me for paypal info if interested.

Thanks

Brett,

I'm on the fence, please don't count me out. I have an M1 Prowler front spoiler and ACI GTO sides and rear in storage that I was going to install when I get back home. I am thinking your 49th Street Style Rockers will still blend well with the M1 front and ACI GTO rear for a unique, custom look. I'll send you a PM to get a quote to include shipping and go from there. Thanks for doing this. Pretty soon I can imagine a BFR Widebody Kit that is badder than Lingenfelter, Shinoda, GS-90, etc..............

I'll be bringing the 90, #444 back to the shop for final fitment of each pair of rockers sold. While it's in the shop, I'll try to find time to work on my own body kit from time to time. 53 #067 is my priority right now. Trying to get the body trimmed out while waiting on frame work and the motor.

I'll be making the first set of rockers this weekend late at night. I'll post up some pics probably Sunday or Monday.

First set straight out of the molds but not yet trimmed. The scoop will be trimmed and the scoop inlet piece molded into the rocker. Being that the rocker panel molds were made with the front add-on piece in place, the rockers are one-piece now. No more front piece to ever fall off and disappear. When we started the project, one of the front pieces was missing and had to be hand duplicated as a mirror image to the othe side of the car.

How much ground clearance will be lost with these? My only worry is breaking them in half on a speed bump .

They really don't hang downward. More outwardly.

Hmm .. Always liked these .. Just some angles it just doesn't flow for me. Is the introductory price still available?

Anyone have more pics from other angles I could see again? (About to google it :) )

I wish I could say yes but they're just too labor intensive to make. I honored those who showed the initial interest.

I don't know about that. You can touch those rockers without being arrested.

Sometimes I crack myself up.

Hey Brett,

Sorry for the delay and just a shout out to give BIG MAHALO for making these fabulous recreations. Your BFR rockers do ROCK! What a work of art and another confirmation of your talents. I finally had a chance to open the box after my move from Japan to Hawaii to Cali. I had to have a shed built so I could make room in the garage for the Z and last night I upacked those sweet works of art. What I like most about them is how thick and solid they are compared to stock and probably to the originals. I actually think it will match well with my Prowler M1 spoiler as it transitions back into the rockers. Now what to do with the ACI GTO body kit that I bought years ago sitting on the shelf too? I realize I have way too much Z stuff that I need to get rid of and sell to reduce inventory. Remember the Toledo Pro hood I consulted with you about? Well, that is on the side of the house and I need to get to that project in the future to repair it and install the Greenwood louvers. So thinking about putting that on at the same time with the rockers and having my entire car repainted. Keep the color stock or go wild with a one off color......

Take care and thanks again. I love my BFR Rockers!!
Aloha from Cali,
Craig

Hi Craig. So glad that you're getting to work on your car again. Also glad that the BFR rockers arrived safely. That was a long ride for them.
