Is There A Way To Tell If Injectors Have Been Changed?

Just got this car and I know little about Vettes. I know the factory injectors are supposed to be bad - and there are stainless injectors out there to replace them with. Question is - is there a way to tell if they have been changed already by looking from the outside? Without pulling the Plenum?

The only way I know of given the age of the car is that if it runs great and idles smooth. That means the must have been replaced. Other that that, nope.
Unless the previous owner left paperwork behind indicating they were.
