when I installed I noticed they were VERY close to the half shafts and had to jiggle the springs around to get just a bit of clearance
now that they have worn in a bit they are rubbing the half shaft slightly
does anyone have any tips on how to set these up and adjust them better?
getting just a bit of rubbing and not sure what to do to give more clearance
thanks!

Ron,
I had two Z's do this. I solved the Turbo car's rub by installing new Poly Bushings on the Dog Bones. The old ones were dry-rotted and let them move under power... I suspect my Hawaii Ruby is the same. It just started last week...
Cheers,

Most of us have replaced the dog bones altogether and installed heim joints with poly

Ron,
That happened w mine when I re-installed them after doing rear end. Try loosening them up and turning spring so it gives a bit more clearance of half shaft. The springs don't sit symmetrically so you can twist them a bit to give you more clearance.
