Looks like a bag of skittles. LOL It sure does make me appreciate the Turq Monster though. This new car is a slow poke but at least I can hear the radio. hahahahaha Love the Sport Seats. Gonna have to get some for the Turq car, for sure.

Thanks, David.
Gotta drive the Turq Monster. The 95 is nice but it just doesn't have the grunt that the Turq car has.

In the LT5 World that rarely work's.Especially with a special 95.
A good buddy had a 95 Purple with gray interior on a lift in his storage shop.A no miler car. I used to look at it every time we got together in his shop. To make a long story short, the car grew on me. I should have opened my mouth and swapped out my 385 for it. We never talked about it till it was too late. The swap would have made both of us very happy.

I'm a little partial but I consider it a little more unique as a Z49 Canadian car I believe. Very nice.

Do you know the car? It's from the Vancouver area. Has "ZR WON" Canadian plates.
What is a Z49 car?
Thanks

Don't know the car other than saw it on the Canadian version of Autotrader probably a year ago or more.
Z49 is the RPO for Canadian export Corvettes. In this case all 17 1995 Canadian ZR-1's are Z49 cars. This RPO drives other RPO's such as T-61 (daytime running lights) and U19 (metric speedometer).
Check this thread out if you haven't seen it before.

Decided to take a few pics this afternoon. Cold, overcast but dry today. Can't wait for the sun to shine and warm things up around here.
Pics are taken outside the shop behind the house. My home away from home.

What's funny is when I thought of this plate 6 months ago it was before I joined the Club and I was trying to come up with a really good plate. So, when I thought of it I was like there's no way nobody has thought of this. So, I checked with the state and it was available and I still couldn't believe it. So, I ordered it. Then I joined the Club. Lo and behold I'm just about as original as I originally thought I was (if that makes sense). But, I still like it. Somebody (DJ, maybe?) told me that at one time there were so many they all got together at BG and took a picture.

It's a cool plate.
I'm changing my 91 Turquoise IN plate from UL LUZ to THUMPER. Kinda because it has huge rear feet )wheels/tires 13" with 345's and mostly because I had a 74 lb Cocker Spaniel named Thumper. We had him until the very morning that we had our daughter. He was one heck of a dog.
So THUMPER it will be...if I can get it this year.
My wife calls the Purple car The Baby. She loves it.

Sweet Jesus that's a huge Cocker.

Yeah, and he wasn't at all fat! Just a full blooded beautiful Cocker. Huge feet. Hence, THUMPER. He'd lay out in the shop with me for hours until I finally closed the doors. Miss that guy.

Beautiful car Brett!
Back in 2001, before I bought my black/gray '94 Z, I had a guy call me (I think he was from Georgia), to see if I might be interested in his Purple/beige '95 with 2_,000 miles. He knew I was looking because I had posted in the "for sale" section of this site, the colors I was looking for. I never did check the production breakdown on this, but according to him, it was 1 of 3 with the light beige interior. I remember at that time, he was asking $47,000 for the car.
I sometimes wonder "what if". It was a no brainer for me at the time though, because the '94 only had 6500 miles and was a lot cheaper. Yes, I love my black Z, but a purple/beige '95 would have been pretty awesome.
