Sec port vacuum; dedicated?

Is the secondary port vacuum dedicated - as in solenoid-controlled? Or is it integrated into vacuum control for other systems, such as cruise control, etc.?

The frequency of the 2 port vac pump is increased with Ign switched 'ON'. Time to diagnose that, with a little Global Warming outside today here...;)

White "gizmo" exhaust for vacuum pump.....;)
