Can his be removed separately without removing seat? Need to replace leather and foam on driver's side(what else is new).

Not sure, but the seat is not hard to remove.
I will be making this one of my next projects.
I want to come up with a BIGGER lumbar support bladder.
On long trips I have to use a rolled towel even with the badder fully
inflated.

it can. Al Knock (sp) told me how to do it two years ago at carlisle, you end up disassembling the entire seat though. bottom, back, there's a clip somewhere..

I think it would be easier to work on the seat with the seat still in the car.The seat back cushion is a total pain to remove. There are clips in the middle of the seat back,4 total I think. To get these to release you need to find the long metal rods that are molded in the seat foam, push these away from you to get them to release from the seat back.Once you get these out you will see the bolster setup.Tis was on a 91,dont know what year you car is though.
