Dual Mass spec's?

Does anyone know the allowable spec's on dual mass flywheel? I'm talking about the amount of rotation between the two sides by hand. The replacement one I'm looking at has 11/16ths...I read somewhere that 1 and 1/8th in. is max. Best of all does anyone have a brand new one sitting around to compare to?
