Help needed from someone in Tampa area

Greetings from Texas. I am trying to buy a tool for one of my other cars from a supply house in Tampa (Bradenton), Florida but the guy says he won't mail it to me. Even though I said I will pay the postage fees. He will only sell it to someone who shows up at his shop. So I was hoping someone down there could help me out. PM me for me details if you can help.
