How many people are interested in doing an Autocross Saturday Morning from 8AM to 12:00 PM May 18th?
We need a minimum of ten participants.

I said yes but I'm more of a maybe. If you have 9 and need another one I'd do it. If you get 25 and don't need me I'm ok with that as well.

I can check with Roc or Stephanie to see if it is worthwhile with just nine participants and let you know.

Robert,
May want to post on the GSR List and see if you get a few cars from them. Check with Hutch first.

Stephanie advised if the registry wanted to run it, it can be any number they choose. If the Nashville club comes up to run the event, we would have to see what is feasible and see if they could fit it in to their schedule.
I asked her to check with Nashville to look at their schedule, check with costs, and determine what number is feasible for them to run the event. They have the timing and everthing else. I should get a response tomorrow. I think it would be best to have the Nashville club run the event. They do it for the other events and they have it down to an art.

Right now I think it would depend on the availability of the Nashville club to come up to BG to run the event. They do it for the other autocross events sponsored by the museum. They have the timing equipment and the personnel to set up the course. I will continue to contact Stephanie and let her know that we have a sufficient number of people interested in autocrossing. For other events, the cost is usually 20-25/per driver. I think we have enough to make this happen.

Joe, I think we have 20 without stragglers.

I heard back from Stephanie today. They are working with the Nashville club to check their availability. Once they hear back, they will let Dave Johnson know, so he can finalize the agenda.
