Not a ZR-1, I know....But just humor me for a couple of minutes. LOL
Picked it up last night. Needs detailed and correct decals added but it's solid and all there. What a neat piece of GM/Corvette Racing history. This will be fun!

This car was one of two #98's that Stu Hayner piloted in 1988. It was the first #98 of the two raced. This one started it all!
Former race glory graphics. This is what the car looked like when raced for the Championship. Stu Hayner competed and WON the 1988 SCCA Corvette Challenge Championship while driving this car. The car will look very much like this when I'm done.

Yep, it runs and drives. Done with "flower pots"! LOL
The plan is ---

* Weatherstripping
* Period Correct Graphics
* Powder Coat Wheels
* Restore Challenge Seat
* NCRS Top Flight

The next time you see it, you won't recognize it.:)
Thanks for humoring me. I've always liked history of any kind and this is exactly what I've been wanting. A Championship car backed by a factory program.
Again, thanks for the kind words. See you in BG!!! (with a ZR-1)
