I need to replace the antenna mast in my car.I bought an extra mast years ago on Fleabay knowing Id be replacing it in the future,not sure about the part is correct.The part number I have is 22062598,is this the right part number?Thanks.

Your part number is '85 - '87MY only by catalog application. You need only mast? Motor runs?

12512900 would be a '91MY similar part, I'll investigate replacements for you.

Thanks Dave,I found a company that has the OEM mast for $24 shipped to my house.

I have a working MOTOR from my '90, that you're welcome to for postage. Last 4" of mast plastic drive tape was broken.

I have another aftermarket new entire unit, which same part # worked as a replacement (bolt in) on my '94 LT1. That new mast I later took out, and put back in the ORIGINAL '94 antennae motor, SO, the mast from this new one might work in your '91 motor.

Both for postage $10 - 12, I suppose...

Is a 1990 and 1991 the same ?? I'd go for a spare.

Did it come with the special slim socket to remove the top nut? You need it to seperate the units to reload in the new mast. GC

Through and including '92MY is the same. '93MY to end of production is different.
