Spark plug question

Need info:

I believe initial factory install for LT5s were FR2LS. Circa around 2000, a lt of ZR-1 guys were running AC Delco Rapidfire #5. I tried AC Delco Platinum tip briefly but trashed them after finding one of the plug had a crack in the insulation and went back to Rapidfire.
It seems current AC Delco Rapidfire is now platinum tipped. Does AC Delco has non-platinum tip replacement for LT5s? Part number?
I am running ND Iridium plugs but not that impressed.

I run the Regular cheapy AC Delco 41602.. BUT I believe the spark plug seat is different in the later years (I have a 1990)

Yes I believe that is correct.. so i am not sure what the equivalent tapered plug would be compared to the 41602

I have 2 sets of the correct taper-seat Platinum 41-913 that were part of a package I bought. That part number has changed to I believe a 41-963. Would these interest you?

Perhaps my bad experience of 1st gen AC Delco platinum tip is clouding my judgement but I am looking for non-platinum tipped taper seat AC Delco.
Anyone know what part number that would be?

R44LTS6 is what's referenced in an export catalog for the taper seat. You could change the heat range up or down from there 43 being cooler and 42 cooler yet.

That is a conventional plug and I would guess you'd gap as the 41-602.

If it would help at all the 41-602 changes to a Denso 20 and the R44LTS6 to a Denso 16 if you care to use that for heat-range comparisons, using the R43LTS6 that changes to a comparison to either a Denso 16 or 20.
