I cant believe General motors is bringing back the Grand National under the Cadillac ATS platform.

No it is a four door, Why wouldnt they build it on the CTS-V platform.

Wrong size I imagine. That Alpha platform is a good platform. I think they should make the GNX a very limited run like they did before. But, they won't. They'll overproduce it like they do everything.

The GN/GNX are awesome cars, but the '89 Turbo Trans Am uses a more powerful version of the same drive train and can actually go around corners :)

Retro 'sport' cars are emulating the original cars' contours - Camaro, Challenger, ... but not with this new GN???

Dom, the G8 platform is still being produced for fleet police cars. Holden carryover.

A colleague of mine has a G8 with the commodore nose. I was impressed with it when I drove it.
