I've just completed emailing all past-members. As a courtesy we have set up accounts for all past-members, by logging in to the site you will be able to rejoin the registry at renewal pricing rather than at new member rates.

That is the one thing that we haven't really gone after, "reminding" past members to come back.

This is one thing that will really affect retention!

I am still trying to find out what happened last year, I filled out my renewal and nothing came. I was out of the country for a year and absolutely forgot all about until I went to the SGC gathering and realized that I didn't get my 2012 T shirt. Right now do I join as a new member or as a renewal.

Nemur, I have been communicating with George Jones, the membership chair for the ZR-1 Net Registry about your membership.

He is out of town right now and will confirm when he gets home, but it appears that you renewed your 2011 membership, but did not renew for 2012. Right now you can renew for 2013 through the Registry store or you can mail the application found on the Registry web site.
