On my 90 The Brembo Calipers
I'm using the rear pads of a Cadillac CTS.
Cant seem to login to Summitracing to check which Hawk pad I'm using.
You may also check on the back of the pad for the model number...

The problem you are having is Brembo never built an aftermarket system for C4 Corvettes.
Reeves Utilized the Brembo Indy Billet brake system for his conversions.
Here are the part numbers for the pads.
Hawk HPS - Brembo Indy caliper - one axle
[bpp-263] $132.00
Carbotech Panther Plus - Brembo Indy caliper - one axle
[bpp-264] $161.00
Carbotech XP8 - Brembo Indy caliper - one axle
[bpp-265] $199.00
Disc:
12.9" - 32.8 CM (328 MM)Vented Disc Front.
11.9" 30.2 CM (302 MM)Vented Disc Rear.
I believe they are both 28 MM thick.
I do not know if the Brembo GT Disc is a exact replacement.

Coupe89 the Hawk PN you use is Hawk HPS 194F.570 there are 2 thicknesses for the 194 pads, to get correct spacing you need the 570. The Caddy rear is a match to that. the F int he PN refers to them being Ferro Carbon. According to a Rep for Brembo the calipers I have ( and you might have) are referred to as Lotus Style Calipers.

I wish I knew what replacements are available for the rotors.. The hats on this are quite thick and have a hub centric adapter as seen in the pictures.
The Rotor rings I measured the following ~12.875" Diameter, ~7.5" inner Diameter, 1.09" Thick with a 10 bolt Pattern to attach to the hub.
Here is a pictures of the old pads i have:

these might work as a rotor ring replacement

Is that a 1pc? or the rotor ring? if so it does not list the # of bolts for the ring
Also my 1.009 is on a used rotor, I am betting it was originally 1.1" or 28mm

Here is the SRP that is very similar. I would reccomend contacting Wild wood to insure they are a replacement part.

This wont work it has 12 bolt holes not 10.

Jeff, I looked on my bill of sale for the brakes and it states Indy Billet Aluminum, I am now wondering if we have different style calipers. Here is a link showing what Reeves put on one the SuperSpeedsters.

Well, that link states:
328 mm (12.9 in) Drilled Vented Discs Brembo Indy Billet, with Four-Piston Calipers
So the Rotors might be Indy Billet, but it says nothing other then the calipers are 4 piston
Take a Picture of your caliper and post it if you can

I have a link for stoptech two piece rotors that are less than 600.00 for both fronts. I will add the link when I get home.

That all depends on the offset required by the caliper location. The Brembo caliper was located further inboard than my Z06 calipers. The Brembo rotor would nearly rub up against the tie rod end, while the Z06 rotor has 1.5-2" clearance.

You can get two piece C5 rotors for $300-ish each, or $110 for 1 piece non Chinese aftermarket units. Unfortunately, that conversion gets expensive due to needing different wheels, including the spare, but it is hard to beat a $59 C5 caliper and the cheap pads that you can get for those.

The sawblades won't, but the A-Molds will.
