Is this to dumb of a question or is the new guy not worthy of a response?

Nothing special, just keep the brake fluid level up while flushing and bleeding all four brake calipers.

Don't flush that which is sitting in the reservoir through
the system. No need for it. Get what you can out of there and
put fresh in. (kinda obvious but thought I'd say it anyway)

Sorry, there's just too much wrong with that write-up for me to recommend it.
You don't need a syringe. A turkey baster (new) works fine.
You don't nee a power bleeder.
and MOST importantly do NOT use tissue paper in that master cyl.
The fine paper particulates are very BAD for your system.
Use lintless paper or a clean shop rag and look closely for anything
left behind. Even very small contaminates are additive and will accumulate at the worst places.

Thank you all for the responses. I feel confident about doing the job right now.
