Mine decided to spring a leak, so I did a little searching. I found this post that mentions an equivalent Goodyear hose:

GM part #: 10157990

Goodyear equivalent part #: 66057

I put the Goodyear number in Google and it came up with several places (including Amazon and RockAuto) selling the hose for about $20 to $30.

I also put that number in eBay (because none of the other online places had a picture of it) and found it there for just under $24 shipped. Looks like they only had the one because there was no quantity listed and it hasn't been relisted. Picture looked right, so I went ahead and bought it:

I just got the hose today and got it installed; turns out it is a perfect match! It comes with the protective covering, but not the inner support spring, so you have to use the one in your old hose.

Here are some pictures of the new and old hose side-by-side for comparison:

Yes, I was able to get the spring out of the old hose fairly easily, though the old hose is expanded a bit from age so that was part of it.

Putting it in the new hose was harder. I had to twist it (in the direction that would make the coils go tighter) and work with it a bit to get it to go in. You could also probably attach a wire or string to it that you could use to help pull it through also.
