I just got this in my mail. It was a short, but rather entertaining read. I remember one of the car mags back in the late 60's or maybe sometime in the 70's doing a feature article when some one found GS #4 (?) in a barn. I thought it was waaay cool back then and I still think it's cool now. Enjoy fellars!
Oh, and I love Zora's thoughts and in my mind's eye I can see a very young Dave McLellan listening intently to the advice "better to ask forgiveness than permission" I'm sure that never happened, but our ZR-1's seem to indicate that Dave was aware of Zora's thoughts, no?:mrgreen:

Oh, I was a member of the blue oval brigade back then. If you'd have offered me a 64 GT40 Mk IV I'd have jumped at it!:o
