It is just 10 minutes down the way here in North San Diego Co if anybody needs me to have a look. Not sure about the price, but it does seem to have been cared for despite that.

Looks pretty nice for higher mileage car. If they're cared for properly they can look and run great with that many miles. The Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 tires are a good indication that the car has been loved. Those are expensive tires, and no one is going to put those on a car they don't care much about and don't maintain.
The only issue is the price. I think 13K is very reasonable for a nice Z, but a lot of buyers will opt to spend another $2-4K and get a much lower mileage car. But for someone looking to get into the Brotherhood at the lower end of the price scale, this looks to me to be a decent deal.
