Did you run the diag on the AC head unit for error codes?

Not yet. I'll try to get to it this week. Gotta be something simple.

can also just pull CTSY fuse, easier than disconnecting battery. Will have same effect of resetting HVAC control head.

Thanks, Andrew. My battery is relocated behind the passenger saet, so that helps tremendously. I'll do it in the morning.
Hopefully, it will be that simple to figure out. Then, I need to figure out what caused it.

Well, you might want to check for codes in the control head first, before you clear everything by resetting it.
If it was working fine, and now is not, it either means you've had a catastrophic loss of refrigerant charge, or there's an electrical problem. Could be as simple as a bad low pressure switch (cycling switch), but probably need to get some gauges on the system before trying to troubleshoot further.

What kind of sealant did you use in the a/c system?? Have you used it before?? Does it work? Thanks!!

I hope it holds up for you, Brett, but sealants in the A/C system are not an ideal way to go.

The sealant was just a safeguard. We'll see how long it holds up. If it doesn't hold up I'll do the dye routine. I have a pretty good AC man locally.
Doing the throttle body plate rebuild next week (Haibeck).
